9/21/2017 - Training & Organization Day Closure Monday, October 5, 2017

Fox Army Health Center will close the entire day on Thursday, October 5, 2017 for Staff Routine training and Organization Day. Normal operations will resume on Friday, October 6, 2017. We apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for choosing Fox

As a reminder, Advice Nurses are available during non-duty hours at (256) 955-8888 or 1-800-223-9531 to provide care advice. Fox is an ambulatory care clinic and does not have an emergency room.

9/4/2015 - Tetanus-Diphtheria-Acellular Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine

This information applies to the following beneficiaries of Fox Army Health Center: active duty family members, and military retirees family members.
All students 11 and older entering the sixth grade in Alabama schools must have a tetanus-Diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine. This is required because of the change from tetanus-diphtheria (Td) to (Tdap) vaccine. The Tdap vaccine will protect adolescents form pertussis and keep them from spreading the disease to siblings, other family members, and other students.

In addition to receiving the shots on a walk-in basis from 0800-1530 Hours at Fox Army Health Center, you may obtain the shots at the Madison Health Department or from you private physican.
